Glacier National Park

Glacier National Park is a park in the U.S. state of Montana. It is the only national park in the contiguous United States that is completely surrounded by glaciers. The park is located in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, which is part of the larger Rocky Mountain Ecosystem.

Planning to go

I am (was) working at Marvell Technologies, a semiconductor company in the U.S. and they offer 3 recharge weekends for their workers, one of which falls during the 4th of July. Therefore, with my friends, we decided to go the National park during the weekend, and return on the Sunday. Initially, I was a tag-along with my friends, but then as time passed, everyone buckled up and started to make plans for the trip, including me.
